A pleasant, small hotel! Huge, cozy, friendly! And clean! With Danish owner. Just hygge! Just booked for one night. If we need another room in Kiel, you don't need a search. We would like to come back! Rooms: Clean and beautiful. Good mattresses. Very pleasant!!!

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rooms and the service. I went to Poetry Slam in the hall of the hotel. It was worth seeing. A small hall with a small stage and a beautiful ceiling. The event was great. Here again a thank you to @notanasgirl for the touching lecture.

Booking a room incl. Breakfast is made via Booking, the money was immediately debited from the account. Upon arrival, the booked room was not available despite the booking confirmation and the booking number.In the meantime, an apartment was offered and a further payment was required upon departure.For me, it is uncomprehensible to request a surcharge from a guest, although the booking and payment were made.The problem is obviously in the communication between the hotel and Bookig.
