Luzifer Schleswig

Was very good, especially windings chocolate

Avevo già avuto la fortuna di assaggiare questa fantastica birra e ho approfittato della mostra di Emil Nolde alla Schloss Gottorf di Schleswig (Holstein) per tornare a gustarla. Accompagnata da delle giovani Matjes che si scioglievano in bocca...è stata una splendida esperienza. Servizio ottimo. Possibilità di essere serviti in giardino

For the last few years, when passing through Schleswig en route to Denmark , I've dined in Luzifer aka Asgaard Brewery tap. My favourite dishes there are Matjes Hausfrauen Art / raw herring with potato salad ,sauté potatoes ( bratkartoffeln) and a small salad, washed down with the large Asgaard dark beer ... and Sauerfleisch mit bratkartoffeln / ham with the pork jelly and sauté potatoes + Asgaard beer. I've tried some of the other Matjes / Herring dishes and enjoy them all.The majority of the time service by the polite staff is quick and I always enjoy the food....hence I return annually.

Heute blieb die (eigene) Küche kalt, wir gingen mal wieder ins Luzifer. Wie bisher immer freundlicher Service, gutes Essen.

This was easily our best meal in Schleswig. The burger was good and the fries made with sweet potatoes were excellent. Restaurant is very well located with plenty of parking spaces.
