I ordered an 8-piece leg and thigh meal without realizing it was a Tuesday special. They had a family deal for $24, which was $8 cheaper, so I mentioned it to the employee. He said he needed to ask the manager. When he returned, he explained that the manager was too busy to make any changes. While I waited for my food, I asked to speak with the manager again to reiterate my situation. He simply said, "Sorry, we're too busy, I can't help you." Frustrated, I requested a refund and said I would go somewhere else. He took my food and tossed it away before coming back with my money. This is the reality we face—seemingly more willing to waste food than provide good customer service.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was apologetic about a missing item but took our order accurately and served us promptly. They were friendly, and the food was tasty. Our only request is for the dining area to be a bit cleaner.
Let’s be real, it’s Taco Bell, but when they take your order and they laugh the whole time, you order two things and they make you pull around for 10 minutes, you expect the food to be somewhat fresh. Nope, two chalupa supremes and both had cold meat and impossible to bite into stale shells. I think they still have business and make their money cause it’s right next to a bar. That’s the only reason I have gone twice.
Every time I go here it’s always the same, rude service, long wait times, and horrible food. I never get my order made right.
