Great DD nice and welcoming staff Always good coffee

I like this Dunkin. Cool owner, open later during COVID than the one on Roselle Road, and always honors app offers. Baskin Robbins is a nice bonus.

I visited this restaurant in the late morning (10:15) and was disappointed with my experience. There was a line of 6 people waiting to be served by a missing employee, leading to a 10 minute wait. The menu offered a variety of sweet treats, breakfast sandwiches, and drinks. I tried the Bacon Bites snack and found them to be delicious with a maple flavor. However, the dining area was messy, there were several incorrect orders, and the store layout was confusing for customers. The service area was cluttered with a coffee rack, ice cream freezer, and signs for ordering online pick up, making it difficult to navigate. This resulted in spills and frustrations. I may try visiting earlier next time, but I am more likely to visit a different location. My experience at this store was not enjoyable.

I appreciate the variety of seating options available at this restaurant. They have stools, tables in various sizes, and comfortable chairs to sit in with low tables. The restaurant offers a wide selection of well-stocked products. The dining area is kept clean.

This restaurant is always busy, but the main issue is the lack of cleanliness. There are napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor. Customers should clean up after themselves instead of leaving it to the employees. It's disappointing that some people ruin the dining experience for others. It's time to act like civilized individuals and show respect for the restaurant staff. Despite these negatives, I only visit a few times a year.
