Country Inn Suites By Radisson, Schaumburg, Il

Not what we expected. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. There is no separate door from the bedroom to the living room, just a hall and the bathroom between. It worked alright but at all other hotels we have booked 1 bedroom there was a door separate. We had an adult traveling with us and it’s nice to have a little privacy. Nothing fancy about this hotel. Somewhat aged but clean. Bed comfy, quiet at night. Breakfast the usual , nothing special. Won’t stay again. I think they might be converting to a choice, maybe they will make some changes. Also checkin very slow.

We like this place.We try to get here almost every year.The staff here is very patient and kind with us and treats us like highly-valued customers. They have a very clean indoor spa and swimming pool and offer a free top-notch hot breakfast every morning, and they never seem to run out of food. We highly recommend this place.Rooms: Clean comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price for all that you get.

Lovely cottage looking place, room was nice, pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, lobby was clean. Took off stars because advertised things were not present like fruit or pastries at the breakfast (just sausage, eggs and bread) the drink machines tasted like they had never been cleaned, and the tv didn’t work. They were notified but didn’t fix it during the stay.

Understaffed and very rude. Horrible experience. Staff was not friendly. My room had no towels no cups no toilet paper. The poor lady seemed stressed and over worked but had an attitude to go with it.

Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was disappointing. Watery eggs, little variety. Was told when we checked in to make coffee in our room because the lobby coffee sits all day.Staff leaves a lot to be desired. Rude and not helpful. Always act like whatever you ask is a hassle for them. Asked for 2 garbage bags and some more shampoo/soap and was told to go find housekeeping. Wandered around looking for housekeeping and when they were found they would only give one bag.Had loud people above us 2 of the 3 nights. When I called the desk the first time they said the people were only there 1 night and they would go talk to them. Noise continued late into the night.2nd time was told by the front desk that it was a wedding party that just returned. Told me she would say something after she cleaned up the puke in the lobby. Nothing happened. Noise continued.Would not recommend this place.
