Chick-fil-a - Schaumburg

They already come here one, but today was the first time that I didn't get any polite maniacs from a chick felt hired! arsi I think her name was Saturday 8/6/22 at 9:00 a.m. was very rude and her tone made it sound like she didn't want to be there!

Overall its a really good place, there always in a good mood, very clean and they are very fast, like i order my food i go sit down and not even joking like 3 or 4 minutes they already got my food ready, im like danm, they good.

Clean establishment. Friendly and attentive staff (Liz). I didn't realize the strips now are spicy only, but they were nice enough to exchange them for regular nuggets.

We go here pretty often and most of the time it's good, as you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. My only complaint is they're not consistent. Sometimes they're not that good, like maybe the fries were sitting around too long, and that can happen with the sandwiches sometimes too. Otherwise the staff and service here are excellent.

This location is the worst one I have gone to!Let me start off saying this they always get my order wrong and I get to work and end up throwing my food away I should not have to!Second this time I go back to the restaurant and asked for a manager so he came out and I told him does this look like a grill chicken sandwich he said no! I was upset about all the money I lose there and I told him that it's happening all the time and also told him that I never have this problem any where else I go to the one in Elgin alt also they always get it rite so he gave me a new sandwich and told me to go to Elgin then I told him I work over here and then he told me to leave wow well two customers stopped me outside and said that was really said how I was treated these restaurant is based off off the they are Christian sorry but this location is not very Christian like I will be showing this to very Christian I know in the cook county Kane County I forgive him but sorry he should not be a Manger there!!!!!
