The most important thing is staffing. My experience here has been nothing short of great. The bar staff is stellar. Adolfo, Umberto, William, and Andreas are among the best. Had a good experience getting a late night dinner salad with grilled chicken to order. Delays at O'Hare made it a scramble to get a meal on a Sunday night. Well attended and the salad was fresh with avocado and other healthy ingredients. The breakfast buffet was decent with enough variety to change it up over a several day stay. Easy lunch and coffee spot too when too busy to wander far from the hotel. Staff was attentive and quick. Definitely a big plus when traveling and needing basic, healthy sustenance that isn't junk food. Recommended for business travelers.

The food was pretty good I liked it but the chairs weren't clean you could see the food still on the chair but the food is good just eat somewhere it isn't dirty.

Worst service I have ever had. We got seated it took 15 mins before someone came to talk to us. The food for there days of the dead buffet had hard buns, no fries, no condiments, it was a joke all around. You would think for the price we paid people would be on top of stuff but they aren't! DO NOT GO THERE!
