Harvey's - Scarborough

I ordered a chicken wrap combo , the chicken wrap I didn’t like the taste of the sauce , so sour Pls you can do better. This is my first time ordering a chicken wrap. Apart from that the burgers I recently ordered are good .

I went to get their late night special and had a coupon on my phone. The cashier said I couldn't use the coupon because she didn't have a button for it on her register. I do this all the time at other Harvey's and have no issues.I was told if I wanted the deal I had to order it on the app and pay with the app.I don't use apps with my banking info.What a waste of my time.I was on my break at work and ended up with no food.Incompetence at its best. I won't ever be going back to this location.Go to a different Harvey's.

Burger was 5 star. But the diet Pepsi tasted like it was made with dirty dish water. Very bad. Might the the hardest drive through window to drive up to.

Flies flying on the toppings. And the employee just shooes the flies away with her hand and they fly come back in just a few seconds. FLIES, don't they know you can get really sick from this. Dysentery, cholera, tuberculosis, and much more. Take this seriously and control the flies.

It’s rare that I give a 1 star review but I feel like I have to in this situation. The food took roughly 15 minutes to make and I waited 15 minutes to have my order taken. They seemed very understaffed which isn’t the workers fault, it’s managements fault. When putting raw burgers down that were being served, there were no gloves used which is a health and safety issue. The worker seemed very annoyed when my friend asked her to change her gloves because there was hot sauce on her gloves, and as she has worked at Harvey’s before she knows you’re supposed to change your gloves every time you make a new person’s food. 2 of the 4 accessible door buttons are visibly broken and one of them isn’t even there, it looks like it just broke off. As someone that has worked in food service, it is hard for me to give a restaurant a 1 star review but I feel as it is justified in this situation.Vegetarian options: Has vegetarian poutine and a vegan burger.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible because of the broken automatically opening doors.
