Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Changed my rating from 3 to 1 star... We got the family meal on the 5/22/2021 when my husband got home with the food, I opened the bag and the strong smell of old burned oil came out. The chicken also tasted like burnt oil! They also forgot our fries! This Popeyes was bad for years but had gotten better, now they have gone back the other way, the last few times it has been bad food and/or service... I am done with this Popeyes!

I ordered apple pie, mac and cheese, and beignets. I was asked to pull up without any explanation. I waited 10 minutes before my food was brought out. If I had been informed that the pies were not ready, I wouldn't have ordered it. Additionally, the beignets were undercooked and still had raw dough inside.

I have attempted multiple times to order a decent meal from this establishment. Unfortunately, I have been consistently let down by either the subpar quality of the food or the service. The restaurant is also unclean, with staff seen smoking outside in the back. Overall, I am unimpressed with this place.

This restaurant was another disappointment. It seems that if you go to these types of restaurants after 5pm, you can expect poor food quality, incompetence, unprofessional customer service, and carelessness in food preparation. Their priority appears to be to quickly serve you whatever they have and rush you out. It's unfortunate that people who work late shifts or need a late dinner for their families have to settle for this subpar quality. I would recommend White Castle over this restaurant for late night dining. If you do decide to come here, make sure it's before 3pm. The night crew at this establishment doesn't even deserve one star. If I could give them zero stars, I would without hesitation. ??????????

The food was overcooked and dry. I spent $54 on terrible food and my biscuits were missing. The phone number listed on their website is incorrect and the customer service was terrible. The staff initially said I had received my complete order, but then realized I was missing items. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
