Triangle Diner - Saratoga Springs

Exceptional! The dining experience at this restaurant was top-notch, with a fantastic server. We are thrilled that we decided to visit this hidden gem. The speck, mushroom, spinach, horseradish, and cheddar omelet was truly outstanding - one of the best omelets I have ever tasted. The combination of ingredients was perfectly balanced, and the cheese was not overpowering. The omelet was served with a delicious corn muffin and French fries, both of which were so good that we would return just for the sides. The server was incredibly hardworking and friendly. Although the diner is small, it is definitely worth the wait. Bring your family or friends and enjoy a wonderful meal here tomorrow. If you are seeking a quick, average meal, this restaurant may not be for you.

We decided to skip the standard menu and went straight for the more creative breakfast dishes. My wife ordered the California Benedict which was delicious and perfectly prepared. I chose the smoked salmon with asparagus, capers, and hollandaise sauce, which was served with homeries and a grilled blueberry muffin. It was a WOW breakfast for me, as it was not only beautiful but also incredibly tasty. As we made our way back home, I couldn't help but think about when I had ever had such a pleasant breakfast experience. The flavors, textures, aroma, and presentation were all top-notch, making it the best breakfast I can remember. The only complaint I could think of was that the forks were too small, as I wanted to savor larger portions with every bite. Overall, I am grateful to have had such a delicious day at the Triangle Diner thanks to these amazing dishes.

Love this place!!! Stir eggs on a hard roll with hash browns are my favorite. The portions are generous and I love to bring home to the left. Lunch has so many choices and all kinds of salads, sandwiches and burgers. Devereaux with every choice.
