Burger King - Saratoga Springs

Burger King is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat! The hamburgers here are big for the price you pay aswell. In comparison to other fast food places Burger King is one of the better places to go.The customer service here is great. The employees who work here are knowledgeable in the menu and informative when making your order. They don't try to hide from you that a price of cheese could cost you 3 bucks!

I feel bad even writing this, but this is literally the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. I don't expect to get amazing food from a BK, but I at least would like hot food, be able to finish my meal, or have a soft drink that taste like it's suppose to. Burger King HQ should secret shop this place asap.

Ordered thru doordash and did not receive vanilla shake or impossible burger. How do you forget a burger??

When I walked into the restaurant, the only employee I saw, who I could tell was an employee, was laying down on a bench. When he stood up, he looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Even his pants, at first glance, looked like pajamas. I heard other people while I was waiting for my food, but I never saw them.There were no problems with placing my order, but as soon as I was done, two people came in from outside and walked through the employee door to the area behind the counter. The three of them then went outside. I can only speculate what they were doing outside since I didn 't stand there watching them. When the employee came back in, he walked to the back and scooped up some hash browns and grabbed a breakfast sandwich.Remember my previous comment, I never saw another employee in the store. This means that nobody came up front and cooked a sandwich or threw some hash browns in the fryer. Which also means that there was a sandwich and hash browns sitting there when the employee went outside to chat and made me stand there waiting. The food was also cold.

Best value for your buck. Especially when you use the mailer coupons. The perfect rating is tarnished in that you HAVE to check special requests BEFORE you leave, ie., cheese added to the whopper. Of note there was a wonderful blondish lady with tattoos who had THE most positive and contagious personality. I had to financially tip her.
