Avenida - Torres Vedras

Just north of Lisboa, between the beaches of Santa Cruz and Wineries Vineyards in the hills of Torres Vedras, is the village Benfica. There you find the restaurant Avenida surrounded with trees and lawns and a huge white pavilion used for weddings, birthday parties, exhibitions etc. The restaurant is specialized in grilled pork, red meat, chicken, bacalao (from Norway), with different types of potatoes, rice and salads. All for a good price. The large parkingplace is filled by local cars at lunchtime, the best sign of customer evaluation is it not? Recommended by me, the Swedish guy living in Norway, but more and more in Portugal. Bom appetite!
