Spizza - Santiago de Surco

Pizza in Lima! A rare discovery. They use the right ingredients. San Marzano tomatoes, dried mozzarella (in contrast to fresh mozzarella on a genuine Neapolitan cake, but it still tastes great). And big dough with 00 flour and leopard spot on the ground. I have the Margherita and recommend it.

We cannot recommend this pizzeria. The pizza was cold and the red wine too. Never had such a bad experience and the service was very bad. I would expect something other than a real pizzeria, which is recommended here as the best in Lima.

Every time I was in this place, I cost something new and I was never disappointed. All delicious, pizzas are fantastic! but also the rest of the menu, Antipasti are exquisite, it doesn't matter what you eat, always taste good.

Great pizzas, the best in town, and a must try if you are around. Reduced parking space, but kind waiters and delicious pizza. I have been here 4/5 times and am yet to be disappointed.

Overall I preferred the pizza at La Bruschetta, but that doesn't take away from the quality at Spizza which serves up some mighty fine pizza. Fresh and well made, you can't go wrong. An added bonus: it's a place with a good neighborhood feel with outside seating.
