Beautiful hotel with cozy rooms and a fantastic pool. the people are very friendly here, my favorite was the daily breakfast with fresh fruit. casino is located in the same building and it was also fun to visit.

Great hotel! very nice accommodations. service is amazing! the personal is really nice, eating is almost all the time available. room service is such a big bonus. I was very happy about it, I came late and eating was still to order. the sancocho was amazing, as well as the salmon bowl. casino below seems to be very actiw and popular, I got no chance to check it, but looked fun. very clean hotel, room air conditioning is very strong lol room was icy! but you can turn it off or turn it off if you want.

I've been staying in this hotel for 8 years. the personal was always friendly, friendly and professional. breakfast is phenomenal in the room included) great rooftop pool/bar. I never had a bad meal or drink. highly recommended if they stay in sti.

Excellent staff from top to bottom. Very clean rooms. The pool is very nice with excellent views of the Mountains. Quality breakfast included every morning.

Charged my credit card again a month after my stay when I was no longer even in the country! Security of your card is possibly compromised at this place. Would never stay here or ever recommend this place to anyone. Full on fraud!!
