Mcdonald's - Santa Rosa

I placed a special order that I paid for but did not receive at this restaurant. Instead, I was given a cold, generic Big Mac and older, chewy nuggets, even though my delivery driver was fast. To make matters worse, there was no straw included. Overall, the meal was expensive and of low quality.

The restaurant could benefit from improved customer service training. It appears that good customer service is lacking with today's younger staff. However, the orders are usually accurate and the drive-thru is efficient. The food is fresh and overall, everything is great except for the customer service. Staff should remember to smile, be polite, greet customers, and then release them.

I really enjoyed this McDonald's location. It is conveniently located right off the highway, and it has an open lobby attached to the gas station. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Not to mention, the food was delicious.

The pickles on the crispy chicken sandwich were fresh and crispy, and the bun was very buttery. I loved it! The chicken was also crispy and delicious. The sweet tea had the perfect amount of sweetness. I prefer my French fries salty, but unfortunately there was no salt on them as usual.
