The food definitely matches the vibe. I ordered the smoked salmon toast and the flavors were interesting! Not in a bad or weird way but in a sense that you get expected savory feeling from the salmon and house made cream cheese, and a touch of sweetness from whatever these little seed looking things were. That was aeasy 10 out of 10. We also ordered a turkey sandwhich with avocado; which was good but what more can you do to a turkey sandwhich? This place is definitely worth checking out. The menu is small to keep the quality on point. But I thinkregulars go there for the coffee and pastries. Those two things can be a whole other review! I loved the cold brew and the cappuccino had a hard kick to it. I would've gave this 5 stars if the menu was a little more creative like thesmoked salmon, but otherwise its near perfect. Dont get me wrong, the sandwiches are all perfect but too safe for my taste.
Clean and simple space. The building is interesting, and feels like a historic building structure while being modern. Plenty of cafe/bakery options. We got the honey bun, and it hit the spot. There is a parking lot with 45 min validation with purchase just north of the cafe. Fresh air patio that is dog friendly!
This is one of our favorite breakfast place. Everything on the menu is full of flavor and the atmosphere is really great especially with those outside seats. Coffee is kind of dark roast and it is still pretty good. There are always ling line but it goes pretty quick.
Counter serve cafe with an expansive and comfortable seating area, with indoor and outdoor tables. The food is a tad pricey but it's very good. There's a large array of baked goods to choose from, and the coffee is good too. Line was reasonable and moves fairly quickly, and the food comes out fast too.
Top 2 croissants in the US. I was a local at their SF outpost for years and was lucky enough to have one open in LA when I moved here. If not the croissant: savory scone is to die for and heats well; ask for a crispier one. They also can heat them up. Loaves are all good and freeze well if needed.
