Baskin Robbins - Santa Monica

I wanted to try the mangonanda. it is a frozen mango smoothie like drink with chamoy. it was okay, not everything. I thought, because it's baskin robbins, it would be made with a separate ice, but it wasn't. I saw the girl make and legit it was like a mango drink mix and ice only then mixed. in my understanding I was like: “Don’t you add a screedy ice?” probably it will never buy again.

Terrible customer service fro the manager, natalie, to the owner Shawn. They screwed up the writing on my cake and when I complained they just gave me lip service. I'd give them negative stars if I could!!
