Despite having a reservation, we were never attended to, to the point of deciding to leave the place and look for another more distant option.
The experience at this establishment was unfortunately unsatisfactory. Despite having made a reservation, upon arrival, we found a notable lack of attention. We waited for 30 minutes and despite trying to get the employees' attention in various ways, we received no response.
