Lotus Dumpling House - Santa Fe

I had ordered fried dumplings each dumpling was 1/3 fried and 2/3 somewhat Raw

Fabulous fresh dumplings. All food is excellent Asian in Santa Fe And surprisingly wonderful Korean line of health and beauty.

The dumplings were amazing!! Boiled, pan fried, or in hot soup, they were all very delicious!!The dumplings were so good, we went back three days later, even though it is a 2 hour drive just to get there!!

This was so very good!! And coconut boba tea was great. I took another for the road. Our server was sweet and attentive. Great hidden spot, If ever in Santa Fe it's worth trying! My daughter and I were so pleased.
