Kiosku Cala Mastella

Heartbroken when Utopia shut down, but then one day on our way back from El Bigote, came by this place and noticed Sardines on the menu. Finally made it out there today. Great setting under a bamboo roof and plant cover (bring insect repellent! . The sardines were awesome, possibly better than Utopia’s. They were rather slow at noticing us though, so took a while to be served, Mainly my ‘but’ is about a minor ‘overselling’ issue. When my wife asked for a salad with her meal, we were billed a €14 main course salad,whereas it should come as a €3 add-on to the main course. When pointing that out, they were sorry about not ‘explaining that right’. No compensation … The bill comes as a list of numbers without explanation. So can’t shed the idea that some confusion is generated willingly

This is a gem of a beach shack we discovered several years ago, the fish is fresh the staff charming and the location amazing . Our favourites are the sole, calamari and sardines all around 20€ they also stock a very acceptable rose. Even though we are the other side of the island in Cala Tarida when we have friends over we make the trip up to Cala Mastella and it never fails to delight our companions. Well done to Pepe and his lovely crew

We’ve spend a nice day at the beach. Super friendly and fast service. Nice and relax atmosphere. Fresh made sangria, calamari, sardines hamburgers. A Highly recommendable

Uno de mis lugares favoritos en Ibiza, auténtico! Personal excepcional, en especial Jose que es una persona maravillosa. La comida riquísima, de calidad y cocinada con cariño. Gracias a todos!
