Wendy's - Santa Clarita

Ok I'm not sure why the low stars, but my kid is obsessed with Wendy's. I love the boo books. I usually go there for lunch and they see me and know I'm in a hurry to make it to my kids school. They have fresh food. And the lady that I see every time I'm there, she is an older lady, reminds me of my Abuela I think she is the absolute sweetest lady ever. Anyways it's fresh. And if it's not tell them. They make it right. Or order from the app. It will save time. But they're pretty fast!

First time dining at this location. I knew it was going to be a mess. I was waiting for a minute to be served. Approximately 7 minutes. When given my order to the TM she was given me attitude the whole time I was ordering and wanted to rush me. Homegirl goes by the name Nicolette. Something has to be done or else someone homegirl Nicolette might run into the wrong person and get put in her place. Anyways... I definitely don 't recommend coming here. The team members of this establishment sound so immature during my stay here I kept someone screaming Christopher ...... Christopher say some chisme Ofc they messed up my order. LolRidiculous

Very disappointed. This store has rude drive through employees and management doesn't care. The food tastes old and stale like it's been sitting out for hours. The burgers are cold and gross. Fries are always burnt. They short change you at the drive through so make sure you pay attention to your receipt. They always mess up the order every-time. Management gives you a stink eye if you try to get your messed up order fixed. Very rude. Wendy's corporate needs to shut this store down, hire experienced and highly qualified managers, and re-train all employees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDYS!

All though the service was faster and much more prompt compared to the last few times I ate from their restaurant, the food was not nearly as good as it should of and could of been so I am only giving a 3 star rating for real...

I just stopped by for breakfast at Wendys, it's the first time I've waited 20 minutes. He charged me for the offer that said 2 hamburgers and coffee and fries. He charged me the total. He made me wait 20 minutes while he attended to everyone from the dry toooo.He only gave me 1 burger and coffee. He told me that only 1 hamburger came, a lady came behind me and asked for the same thing, he served her instantly that's not good. Improve your staff. They should serve everyone the same. I will never return to any Wendy's in my life.
