I ordered on the app with my 4th in a row and very last time I'm going to the one in the review. I have tried to contact but my timing to be repaid in my missing items was not good for them with the 1st mishap. Then the rest they just ignore me I amannoyed but can go elsewhere.

Worst place ever to pickup orders if you are picking up doordash or ubereats order. They dont even look at you and just pretend like they have not seen you. Even you try to talk they dont respond lol. Waited like 20 minutes for order and have to cancel andreturn. I wish i can give zero. Never happened like this on other brands like mcdonalds, chick fil a and many more.

Mobile app needs improvement. When you want to redeem your points for free food it won't let you because it asks for payment but won't even let you add or modify payment. Hopefully gets fixed, been a long time.

SLOW SERVICE AND DONT SAY THANKS OR GIVE SAUCE, NAPKINS, STRAW, AND ???? MAD FACE ALL TIME AND DONT USE GLOVES WHEN PREP THE FOOD ??????????????????? FOOD HAS LONG TIME PREP READY ?????????????????
