California Pizza Kitchen At Santa Clara

Definitely recommend. Great service from staff and bartenders!! The food choices are great. So many choices as well outside of pizza and the drinks are just as Amazing. You have to try the Sangria flights.

Have had some pretty mixed experience at this location, but today's lunch was good overall. Pretty empty on Thursday at lunchtime. Sat out on the patio which was nice, but many of the tables looked a bit run down and worn. Ordered... Crispy Artichoke Salad small plate Nothing to rave about. Some small chunks of baby Artichokes plain fried over an arugula and parmesan salad. It was ok as a small plate. White Corn Guac and Chips small plate longtime small plate favorite. Still good, but seems to have shrunk in portion size over the years. Santa Fe Bowl A nice, fresh and protein packed bowl of grilled chicken, greens, black beans, corn, spicy peppers and a cilantro dressing on the side. One of my favorite healthier offerings here. Oven Roasted Turkey and Brie Duo Lunch Special Nice warm sandwich, crispy ciabatta crust, good flavors; turkey, sliced apple and Brie go well together. Picked the Pea and Barley Soup as the duo...I really liked it! Our server Erick was great. Checked in on us at just the right times even right they have a large indoor and outdoor dining area and were obviously understaffed.

Haven't been to CPK for a long time. This location is light on dine in and more on take out. Kid loved the BBQ chicken pizza and the shrimp scampi zucchini dish is light and refreshing for summer, just don't expect a big portion. Service is ok.

I haven 't given reviews in a long time but had to say something about this Monticello location CPK on Monroe Lawrence. We usually go to the valley fair location but decided to try this new one since it was on our way. We were 3 people only. The restaurant was empty but the host said he would not seat us for 20 min because they had a group of 10 that was slowing them down. An empty restaurant on a Saturday was getting overwhelmed by 10 people . I thought it seemed a bit fishy but it turns out it was more racist. We decided to order takeout. While waiting for our meal, I watched the racist behavior of the manager staff. After us some 5 different Caucasians couples came, unrelated, who got the seats right away, then came another Indian family of 3 adults and 2 kids who were asked to 'wait '. Few Caucasians came and went straight inside. Then an elderly Asian couple came who were asked to wait 5-10 min or they could sit outside. So they chose to be outside. 1 Caucasian lady came and sat at the bar right away. Then another Indian couple asked if they could also be seated at the bar but were told they could order takeout or wait. ‍. If this is not racist then I don 't know what it was. Finally after 30 min our order got done. I,just after observing their behavior, decided to open all our orders, which my daughter found embarrassing but lo I was right our 1 order was wrong and burnt !! Getting them to redo took another 10 min. NEVER GOING BACK!! Not to this location ever!!! Btw we came because we had t mobile offer.
