Really! These guys deserve a 5 star rating every time. Their pizza is always Old School Great, no matter what size. Just yummy. Try the meatball sandwich. Just a treat. Salad is always good, yummy. I know they have other locations, but we have been coming here, to the C. Village Rd location for decades generations, in our family! They do offer a few tv's to watch, usually sports. Tables for large groups or just you 2. Children our welcome. It can be noisy upon time of day.. Take it home. Don't listen to the hater reviews. Yummy food awaits you :

This review is strictly in regards to customer service. I placed a call in order and asked if the Axxess deal (buy one get on 50% off) could be used for different items (pizza and a salad for example) of equal or lesser value. The person on the phone said yes. When I went in to pick up, whoever was working the register (an older gentleman) was very short and rude after I asked if it'd be possible to add another item to my order. I said it was no big deal, I'm fine with what I have, and after he rang me up, the buy one get one 50% deal was not applied to my order of a pizza and a salad. I let him know and he said it's only available for the pizzas. I told him I spoke with someone 20 min ago and he said it didn't matter, it was probably his boss, and his boss is off already. I told him that if you tell a customer you're going to do something, you probably shouldn't change it contingent on whoever's working. He said doesn't matter, I don't know who told you. You can talk to him tomorrow. I told him I'm not coming back tomorrow, he said ok that's fine I didn't tell you and could seem to care less. Terrible customer service, especially in a place like Montecito. I won't be back to that location, id rather drive to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria than deal with the folks at Montecito.

Was on my way to the Honor Bar but the smell of freshly baked pizza called me into Giovanni's and it did not disappoint! Yummy pizza, like the local joints at home. We got the special and it was full of yummy, meaty toppings, the dough was yummy as well.
