Breakwater - Santa Barbara

This is the best location to sit back and enjoy the view! Hands down they have the absolute best clam chowder ever!!!! It's one of the reasons I keep returning here. The fried clams and scallops are very delicious too!

An excellent option that has plenty of tables outside with a view of the harbour. We found the service to be prompt and professional. A good range of classic seaside items to choose from and a decent amount of red and white wines to choose from either by the glass, or by the bottle. I had the classic clam chowder in a sourdough bowl. The clam chowder was hearty and the sourdough bowl had been baked exactly as it should. Very tasty.

One of the standout items on the menu is a popular sandwich that keeps customers coming back for more. With generous hours that suit the Santa Barbara vibe, you'll find a relaxing terrace that overlooks the port, perfect for enjoying your meal.

Savor some appetizers and a glass of wine on the terrace. The food was delightful, the service was excellent, and the view is spectacular!

The restaurant offers stunning views of the port, making for a lovely dining experience. While the prices are slightly higher, this is to be expected given the prime location. I enjoyed the chicken fried steak and the sharp Italian sausage for breakfast, both of which were delicious. The terrace seating is also quite appealing. If you're lucky, you might find 90 minutes of free parking; otherwise, it's $2.50 per hour. Be sure to take a stroll along the harbor for breathtaking views of Santa Barbara!
