Chick-fil-a In Tust - Santa Ana

Apparently, it's a gift to eat at Chickfilet. How do I know this? When I asked for crispy french fries the answer was we don't do that here. The chicken was consistently good, the fries soggy mixed with partially cooked and some well done. You put in a complaint about it, as I did..... and nothing .. no reply. They don't care. This is why I go to Cane's across the street or to go get rotisserie at Juan Pollo in Santa Ana. CF....you pissed off the gays.... still do....and no Sundays..... fine.... but eventually your mistakes come to roost. How's your business at that store? Not as good as you'd like it..... we'll... maybe you have some improvements to make? I'll try you back when I have a gift card from someone and I'm desperate for a change:

Great place for a quick meals with th kids for chicken

Chick Fil A, has been a great experience here. Food is very good here, no complaint at all. This place is clean the times that I go. And service is always great. Great place to have a meal with the family. The chicken strips are my favorite, very juicy, and tasty, and their mc and cheese wow. Great combination

They don't have much variety in the sauces if they are so delicious
