The food was the standard Subway fare. The employees were nice and helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. The biggest problem was how messy the dining area was. There was food scraps or trash left on every table. The trash can by the door was FULL, too.
Not busy....but the guy making the sandwich had a bad attitude.... didn't have enough meat , through food all over the counter. Watch the guy with the beard.
Food was great, I thought they should have served a hot beverage like coffee since they serve breakfast otherwise there were no issues
Brooke is a rude employee, no customer service, management endorses bad behavior and began shouting after her employee began making sarcastic gestures behind her back and being so nice to other guests entering the store. I’m more upset about how her employee behaved and how she turned her frustration toward me instead of telling her employee to go to the back of the store or break room until the situation died down. Brooke felt even more justified as her manager progressively endorsed her behavior . This happened within 3 minutes of entering the store. If you hate people or customer service don’t work in food , bad business for an already suffering subway location. Corporate has already been contacted with more details on this encounter. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmie johns or firehouse subs.
