You must have been so busy right now or maybe short employees. Either the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the waiting period. The pizza was delicious.
Great pizza and great coupon offers. And love how the box corners are rounded so that it fits into the microwave. I also bought my car from a Dominoes Pizza manager so it is worth 5 cactus in a row.
The worst experience I?ve ever had with a pizza place. They delivered the food to the wrong address. Then when I called to ask about my order they hung up on me 3 times. I called back 12-15 times and no one would ever answer the phone. The lack ofcustomer service and professionalism is appalling. I?m a manager in sales and if my employees acted like this they?d be fired. It?s absolutely ridiculous. I drove down to the store and got a full refund. I will be keeping a check on my account to makesure every single cent is refunded. If I could give negative stars I would.
This store is really awesome. I've never had an issue here except one time, and they fixed it as well as hooked me up with a free pizza for my next visit. The delivery driver has always been exact when it comes to the tracker on the app. I've NEVERreceived a luke warm/cool pizza delivered from them....always hot and fresh. Cant say the same for the other dominos store in mytown..
I ordered two large two toppings for 11 .99 each. One steak and onion and one steak and pepperoni And got charged 19.49 a pizza because he said steak was the same as beef so there was no extra charge.. And than I got charged told him if I would ofknown that I would have got Beef Hamburger). The guy did not care was rude And I had to take the pizza's.. I Will never goback. He blamed the computer for the price increase and said it was corporate
