It's quite clear that your closer with the name Skittles does not like her job. If you want to keep customer's coming in your restaurant you may want to inform you employee's that throwing customers out before closing time is probably not acceptable. Let alone the rude service and comments made to the customers that were already in there long before closing time. I will take my business on down the road as well as the three customer's before my family. It appears that management needs to step up and see what is going on in there as well as a reminder on how you treat people.
Id give 0 stars if i could my mom ordered a sub today and a few other items and the girl had no line but acted irritated and my mom told her to put jalapeños on one of the subs and my mom was talking to a friend and the girl didnt put no jalapenos on it. yeah dont think ill be going to subway again
I was charged 32$ for two foot long subs I ordered. Italian herb and cheese steak and bacon, white American cheese, green pepper and lettuce. Both subs were the same. The staff said ceaser sauce was discontinued. Croswell subway has it. I believe I was way overcharged and it’s happened several times
I am very disappointed in this subway. The last three times we've gotten food there we've had issues. The bread is always old and dry and falls apart while eating our subs, to the point that ALL of the meat and veggies fall out and make a mess. One visit, two of our subs didn't have any cheese on them even though the employee asked 2 times what cheese we wanted. We've recieved wraps that weren't cut in half when requested. It's very disappointing when there is never a time that my husband and I spend less than $30 on food at a given time.
Placed an online order last night for 4 subs. We don't live in town and our order was picked up just after 7 pm, I get home and we get ready to eat and all 4 subs are made wrong, none of them had cheese 2 subs didn't have the right dressing didn't have the right condiments wrong bread just a mess. Call up and speak to a girl named Tina who told us they don't refund online orders but they can make us new ones and to call tomorrow which is today. We called today and lady would not say her name she told me that I would have to have brought the subs back and she is not going replace or give any refund and she would have to speak to someone higher up. . This is not the first time they have messed an order up, but will for sure be the last they get any of my money.
