Maybe it was an off day. I've never ordered from this location before. My sub was pretty bad. The bread was hard, stale, veggies were soggy, and it was more sauce than anything else. Tried a couple of sidekicks. The pretzel was good, but the taste of the churro was strange, and it was hard to chew. It can't always be this bad, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe just not their best day.

I placed an online order and asked if it was toasted they said yes I left and realized they didn’t . I called and told them and they said they couldn’t fix it and there attitudes were nasty !

Family owned chain. I come here once a week always clean and friendly. If you're a fan of the Subway chain this place is ideal.

Ordered a sandwich and asked for oil and vinegar. Instead some vinegar sauce was put on the sandwich. I kindly told the lady that she put the wrong dressing on without clarifying. I had the sandwich remade as I have had the vinegar sauce before and it is not good at all. When I get to the check out I am told I have to pay for BOTH sandwiches. $26 later I paid for two sandwiches and walked away with only one to eat. I should have just walked out. Totally blown away. I asked why I had to pay for the sandwich they made wrong and was just told, Sorry, they say you have to pay. When I asked who is they and requested to speak to a manager...they said there was no manager. Obviously I will never go to this location again. There is another one just up the road with much better management anyway.
