Employees are the epitome of incompetent and a coffee can and will take upwards of 5 minutes. I was just told they're out of soda after waiting at the window for 8 minutes lol hills have eyes make these employees seem with it.
I was this Dunkin ' Donuts, on new year (2017), to get two coffees—one for me and one for my best friend! I told them that I want to reload 3 dollars on my DD perks. I know how the machine works. He told me 'give me money! ' I told him that he needs to ring the reload first before paying. He got more nastier when he repeated 'give me money! ' I told him that he needs to have matters! I told my phone and left the building with my best friend. Please don 't think that I am being judgmental but I wish that he first learn the language before working in this country, and have basic people skills! My suggestion is if you get the mail from overseas, please be cautious!
This DD restores my faith in this chain. I had a horrible experience not too long ago with my order being extremely messed up, and horrible service. Luckily that DD was somewhere else, and the people working here were very nice, took my order quickly and got everything right. My drink was amazing, so was my grilled cheese. I was really happy to finally have a DD drink made right. Pros: *It's right in a gas station and next to the college, so as a college student it's been a one stop shop. *Speedy service. I usually go to the Tim Hortons next door just for a coffee and the drive thru is always packed. I order more at the DD and get it what seems sooner. Cons: *With the gas station there, sometimes there's a battle to get out into the road, and during the date it's usually a busy street. So getting out can be a bit of a pain. I gave it a 3/5 because I was happy with the drink, but getting out can be a real pain sometimes. I haven't been inside to see the DD myself, I've only used the drive thru. Overall I'd say look on the mobile website, find a drink or sandwich you'd like to try and switch up for a day. Most of my friends at the college would pick Tim Hortons, but the day it was closed in the college, we got DD and they were really pleased with their drinks.

Staff are always friendly and do everything in their power to make sure guests have a great experience. Give the new kids a chance too. Remember, some of them are learning still.
