Oliver Co. - San Saba

We stayed at the Dofflemyer Hotel next door and had breakfast here. We ordered Waffles, Quiche, Oatmeal Cup w/ Pecans, Blueberries, Brown Sugar, and Cinnamon Rolls. Everything tasted great! There's a shop on the other side of the coffee shop that sells spices, jams, butter, hot sauce, chocolates, and other packaged snacks. They also sell lotions and soaps.

If they have luck their google maps they will be through san saba and they can stop here for lunch. timing was great and we didn't even plan it. I love to come on this kind of place while I travel. good food and service and atmosphere. see photos. we have a sandwich and share it and small cup suppe. more than enough for the trip. has to stay somewhere on that.

Oliver's is such a nice addition to the small town of San Saba. They have fresh made sandwiches, delicious assortment of pecans that are grown on their farms. Chocolate covered pecans are to die for. Also have dif varieties of salsas, honey, olive oil, etc. Locals love their chicken salad on croissants !

Cool coffee shop to visit while hunting for pecans. Old school looking building that has a warm character and comfy chairs.

You better get there early. By 9:15 they had sold out of pastries, oat meal, and fresh fruit (except for strawberries). The waffles were good.
