Azucena Zapoteca

Our group of 11 stopped here, the service was friendly (they spoke English) and fairly quick for the size of the group. The food was delicious and the space beautifully colourful.

Great service, the food came out quickly. It was good, but not exceptional. Beautiful restaurant and very nice servers.

My favorite place to eat Chilis en Nogada. Open air casual dining. A little out of the way, but a great place to eat if you're visiting San Martin Tilcajete or the market at Ocotlan.

Ok it took us too long to get the bill- but otherwise the service was good. We had a chile with nut sauce that ranks with the best food we have had in this food conscious area. We also had agua de mango that we kept reordering because it was so good. And its a very colorful place as well- with flags and little kites for decoration. Yes, I am sure buses use it too- but it was not too crowded when were there and we did not feel any loss of contact with our waiters. We did have a hell of a time getting our bill but otherwise the service was great.
