Sonic Drive-in - San Marcos

The staff was very helpful with my delivery order. They did everything possible to get my food out in time. Great job guys

The food was good. Would recommend. Shake was a Runny and they never put onions on my Koney, although I always ask for them.

The staff was nice and the order was right, but there were no napkins, forks or spices. The drink was too watered so we let him go. I understand that pretty much everyone is probably a student, but it would be nice if there was consistency. In total we are back in San Marcos.

Man, the food is okay if you are ready to wait 45 minutes for your online order. This is not a “fast” meal. If I order online and say that I want my food intake, why is it that it is never out within 30 minutes? I'm unhappy.

Had such a horrid experience this morning. We ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese meals. Waited 25 minutes and they brought out our meals. Both were missing tater tots. Meat was all burned and hardly any egg. We sent it back and asked for it to be re made. The pictures I have posted is the remakes. The tater tots looked burned but were soggy from oil. Having worked in restaurants that is because the fryer oil is old. They look done but they are not because the oils dirty. I emailed the manager listed on the door twice. Once while waiting another 20 minutes for a remake and once for the pictures of the re made food. No reply as of yet and I do not expect one. I've gotten this meal so many times in the last 15 years I could go in and make it myself. Your employees walked around with no hussle, no smiles, with full stalls and horrid wait times. I will never go to this location again. DO BETTER!
