Rib Line Catering - San Luis Obispo

When I heard the switch Slo reopened on LOVR, I knew I had to go over my head to see what Chef Johnathon had created. At the moment they have authentic Mexican cuisine on the menu and I don't even think I took a breath during the first bites! The food was delicious, so tasteful, and the salsa was actually spicy. I will definitely be back!

Wow, flavors were great! At least a dozen large shrimps in the shrimp creek, picture below. Big spicy salsa! Carnitas enchiladas were also excellent. Portions were more than generous. Put it on your list for a must eat place!!!

The switch is great. We stopped for lunch and I expected some generally delicious Mexican dishes. Instead we have some amazingly tasty enchiladas whose flavors were through the roof. They had avocado and sour cream and a small salad and even the beans and rice were super delicious. I look forward to coming back and trying more things. The red sauce is spicier as the green sauce, and is a touch bitter in a good way, but the green sauce was my favorite. You have a terrace and would be dog friendly if that's your thing. Also simple parking.

I have a great latte, friendly staff, the menu looks great, breakfast and lunch, vegan options, I will try next week.
