La Quinta Inn Suites By Wyndham San Jose Airport

I stayed with my family at La Quinta and everything from room to breakfast was awesome. I will definitely stay again when I’m back. I loved their location as it’s very close to the freeway and has convenience store, gas station and fastfood restaurants very close by.

Not recommended at all! We stayed for one night 17th June) and it was a horror show. First none of the electrical outlets worked in our room so no TV, coffee machine, fridge , hair dryer) and no phone access to call the front desk . When I walked all the way down to the front desk the lady said she would try and flip the breaker as she said it might have tripped. Which was never done and we were too tired to walk down again. To top this amazing service the room was full with of cockroaches. We as a family managed to squash atleast ten of them. I complained about this the next morning to the desk and they took it cool. No one apologized and just said they would report that to their “manager”. Amazing! What an excellent service! I would not recommend this hotel for families at all. We didn’t have charge on our phones to travel out the next day. We were forced to charge them in public outlets

Very nice room, pet friendly was a major plus, beautiful inside and out. Didnt care for the airplane sounds but the comfort of the sheets and bed didnt even let you hear them once you fell asleep The towels actually fit your body and dry you off

When we set up our reservation we were quoted $75 pet fee. Upon. Check in they told us $100. After telling them we were quoted $75, they honored that. I had them write that on the pet policy. Once in our room...stained carpet (disgusting), walls are filthy!, freyed/torn carpet, and the phone didn't work. Went to front desk and told guy working about damage in our roo. And explained I didn't want to be charged for damage. He went on to tell me there is no damage. Once I showed him my pictures he just proceeded to look at me like I was an alien. I then went on to tell him that the ice machine outside our room don't work. He said there's another one down the hall. Not really the point. I said so the broken one is just going to stay broke?!?! Again I'm an alien! The bottom of our door has no plate guard on it so you can see right in. Unacceptable for the price you pay!!! The front desk guy had no solution to any of the issues!!! Unacceptable for the price we paid!!! LaQuinta needs to do better!!! Go in to shower and drain is covered in black hair and there are several other black hairs on shower floor. That's disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Nice place. Clean. Well kept. The phone was not usable and was bright as the sun! And crime was committed in the shape of only having decaf coffee in my room! But I’ll stay again. It’s good and close to the airport.
