Happy Lemon - San Jose

I often come here, but unfortunately this place has lost me as a customer, because I always get talk of plastic in my drink. I think it was the man who told me it's probably the beverage sealing machine. drinking plastic is not very safe wherever it comes from and I should brush it off because it is the sealing machine? the first time it happened, he took it on himself to give me a wavy and new drink for the effort. very nice. this time, although he wasn't in the camp, I brought the plastic into just like the time before, and I asked instead of a new drink I can get a waffel. I didn't want a new drink. They refused to say that the weapon costs more than the drink so they can't think they, my drink was 5,50 the waffel is 6,00 and said instead they can... unfortunately I won't come back. has anyone seen plastic in their drink?

Came here on a weekday afternoon, not a lot of people, but a little bustling. Parking was a bit hard since it did share a smaller lot with 2/3 other businesses. We entered and was not greeted. It was a bit messy, but the world didn't end. The person who helped us was a bit rude. She was working with two other people. We ordered 5 of their waffles with the cheese cream topping and she seemed annoyed...sorry...but also not.... Wait was pretty long, maybe 30 minutes but the food itself was great! The salted cheese cream was super yummy and the servings was generous. Rounding down to 3 stars because of service!

Salted cheese milk tea, A8, is delicious. It is salty, sweet, creamy yummy-ness in a cup. I have a feeling this will be my new craving when I want a sweet treat!

Workers were super friendly gave me a suggestion it was really good although the puff stuff reminded me of butter im not sure if thats the point and im still trying to figure out if i like it or not lol but you know some things are not for everyone the milk tea itself was really gooddd def recommend!

I go to this happy lemon often. The drinks are always fantastic. You should try the puff cream milk tea! The area is tough. A homeless woman tried to enter the store and the workers immediately hid the tip jar it must have been their frequent protocol. There is no inside seating at the moment either. However, none of these thing will deter me from this happy lemon. The boba is always fresh and warm and the milk teas are thick and flavorful.
