Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe have visited this Fogo several times in the past 10+ years. The meats were delicious and tender, just as we remembered. However, the Market Table, or salad bar, was a bit disappointing. When we arrived, many items were empty and it took a while for them to be replenished. The salad dressing bowls were also empty for over 15 minutes until I flagged down a server. Despite this, everything else was excellent. Our waiter, Adrian, provided outstanding service and made up for any shortcomings. He was attentive and quickly brought us anything we needed. We hope he will still be there on our next visit!
It was unusually busy for a weekday lunch. They were down one hostess, but didn’t skip a beat. Our server was hustling all around the dining room. Her name was Grace. We enjoyed her spirit and enthusiasm as she operated across some crazy chaos. The other staff and servers were also amazing. Grace just stood out because regardless of anything, she always smiled. That made any concerns about wait times and delays just disappear. I’d highly recommend being seated in her section. Thank you for an overall excellent family experience for our 1st ever visit.

The food was great, and good energy in dining. I have been to the one in Las Vegas and the experience to the level of service was amazing and so personal. This location in San Jose service was not what I expected for a type of restaurant. Served was not friendly to our table. We had to get her attention various times for refills. I drove 2 hrs to try this location out since I had such an amazing experience with Vegas location.
