I have read some of the other reviews and really can 't see where these people found the issues they had. I ate at this restaurant twice and the service and food were excellent for both visits.The server we had, Simone seemed to be part of the family who runs this restaurant and went well beyond a standard level of service to make my friends and I feel not only well served but welcome and invited us back as friends. The first night I had pizza. I like the way the pizza menu works at this restaurant, you start with a base and add toppings. I like the have it your way philosophy that is rare in my experience in Italy. I started with a Margherita base and added sausage, pepperoni, extra mozzarella and onions. Perfect for me! .. I shared a litre of the house Sangiovese with a colleague and had tiramisu for desert and a shot of nocino to cap the night 's dinner.We talked with Simone for a long while about cars and swapped stories about each other 's country 's political follies. It felt like we were regulars at a place on our first visit ,,,,,
