I highly recommend trying the kiwi drink and peach oolong milk tea at this restaurant. I have been a regular customer for years and have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. The fruity ingredients are always fresh and there are no artificial syrups used. I am surprised that this place does not have a higher rating, as the drinks are always well-balanced and delicious. While seating may be limited and you have to bus your own drinks, the staff is clean, efficient, and skilled. Overall, I have always enjoyed the flavors here, no matter the sugar or ice level.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the drinks are not great. I ordered a jasmine milk tea at 100% sweetness, but it tasted more like 60% sweet to me, so I was disappointed. This has happened to me five times now.

The popcorn chicken was awful, absolutely disgusting. The service was extremely poor; I would not return to this restaurant.

I tried their tiramisu matcha latte with less sugar and less ice. The green tea flavor is just right, neither too strong or too light. The tiramisu foam is slightly too salty and not so easy to drink together with the green tea. But overall it's still a pleasant drink.The pick up process, however, leaves much to be desired. Our group order of four was finished in between other orders. And when they were finished, the staff didn't call our number and just let them sit on the counter. We had to check with him to let him know our order was ready.

I got the crème brûlée boba tea which was amazing! The top layer was so thick, creamy and tasty almost like a dessert. The milk tea part has loads of tea flavor and kind of on the bitter side, balances out the sweetness on the top. The boba!! It has half clear boba and half black boba.. the two tastes so differently! One is jelly-like and tastes lighter and the other one is more chewy and “dense”. I loved every part of this choice! Other than this, I’ve had matcha milk tea, taro milk tea, brown sugar boba and popcorn chicken here before. Everything is great. Be careful… Popcorn chicken portion is so big it’s meant to be shared!
