Peet's Coffee - San Francisco

The staff at this restaurant is excellent, but it's just like any other Peet's. It's dependable, but nothing particularly unique. They do offer some outlets and wifi if you need to get some work done.

I had Large Caramel Frape with Iced Lemon Cake ! Overall great for the price and size. I appreciated how the girls and the whole crew was working hard even at the end of the day! The level of service at this restaurant has deteriorated. The staff appears inattentive and do not respect customers' time. I placed an order for my drink through the mobile app to save time, but when I arrived, it was not prepared. I waited for a while and then discovered that my drink had been placed in the wrong area. Despite this mistake, the staff still expected a tip.

Smaller Peets but good coffee. Black tie was a little watered down however.

I asked for a drink with cold foam. I ordered the recommended item, but it was disappointing and did not have any foam. It seemed to be an iced latte.
