This is the shop to order delectable sundaes and ice cream concoctions. They also have a gift shop on the side. Plenty of seating but we went on a busy Saturday night and had to wait for seats to become available. The employees were very polite. When my cousin wasn?t sure what she wanted, the clerk said what she recommended and that whatever you choose, we just want you to have a good experience with us here. Definitely able to share the sundaes as they are large portions.

The place was spotless and service was great. Went a little on the late side so there where no lines at all and service was quick. Displays were fully stacked. Few bar stools to sit inside along with a few tables. Saw the option to order online for pickup and delivery using third party app. The place is connected to a hotel from one of the doors. There is no close street parking not sure if you can use the hotel parking here.

Ok, once we finally got our shakes, they were delicious. However they are so severely short staffed, with only two employees working and only one working blender, it was ridiculous. The same person making the shakes would try to run out and clean the tables.

My very popular place to go when in San Francisco. Delicious ice cream and better chocolate. This is for everyone with a big, sweet tooth like me. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

The lady at the desk was friendly and informative. Three stars for chocolate presentation and a star for prices and service. The ice cream: They serve oversized parasols and give you no choice but to create your own sunglass that costs 1.5x this with less quantity. Create your own Sundae with waffle cone, hot joint and a vanilla bowl and whipped cream and it ended a sweating 15$ for nothing. If you want to try something, go with the Sundaes or not disturb. There is nothing special about the ice or the amount that guarantees so much. I'm ready to pay for good ice, but that's not one of them. Service: The person who made the ice was uninterested and was annoyed to ask for water.
