When I went there to pick up my order, the lady gave me attitude when it was time to pay. She also had an attitude when I had a question about a surcharge. It was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place. People should care about treating their clients with respect and not like they are an inconvenience. To make matters worse. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order. I payed 35 dollars and got the wrong pizza. Maybe if this lady wasn't in such a hurry to hang up and get rid of me, she would've not messed up my order.If you are wondering about he flavor? It was a 2 out of 5. I don't know if it was because of the bad customer service or getting the wrong order but it was not worth the 35 dollars.There are many pizzerías in San Francisco. I wanted to place an order over the phone , I talked to a man he was going to take my order so I asked my mom to make sure it was the right pizza and he rudely told me I needed to be ready when I called . I also work at costumer service and I will never treat a costumer like that . Manager need to train employee better to not be treating costumers like that . It’s not my first time experience bad costumer service at this place , but I won’t be ordering from here again . I’m paying for it so why they be making it so stressful.
