It took 20 minutes to get my food. I dined in but it was way too long a wait.
I've been coming here every morning but won't be coming back again. I always leave the drive thru with a nasty vibe. The drive thru lady is always rude and gives off the evil to me. She gives me the death stare when I say thank you. I stopped saying thank you and she still stares me down and doesn't say a thing as she hands me my order. Makes me feel like she poisoned me. Bad vibes here
The service was good they’re super nice my complain is the quality of the burger. I think they gave us old patty and reheated
Dear Mr Burger King management .. I have being at your Burger King in Sylmar ca on Glenoaks blvd and your speaker at the ordering both does not sound loud enough, I can bearly hear the person taking the order .. I’m tired of that happening everytime I’m at your restaurant ordering on the drive thru and not be able to hear the person taking the order … but that’s no all , I was trying to give a feed back at the window with the lady that took the order , I told her that I can bearly hear her because the speaker was not loud enogh and this is what she responded “if your complaining maybe you should buy it for me! I was just very surprise by the lack of professionalism on her part .Management ; employees need better training this is just a feed back please take care of the issue..
