Catania - San Diego

Excellent service (bob was a fantastic server! and delicious food. I had noticed a birthday on our reservation and they went out of their way to make it special.

Catania is always amazing! By far my favorite restaurant in San Diego. Their food is both plated beautifully, and tastes incredible.

We had friends visiting from Virginia (newlyweds!)and wanted a special evening for them. This definitely was it! From specialty cocktails and a unique, refreshing citrus salad to various house made pasta dishes cooked to perfection and a delicious panna cotta dessert, everything was outstanding. The service, as always, was friendly and efficient. Catania has become our go-to place to take out-of-town guests — and to go any time we just need a yummy meal in a delightful setting.

Great food and nice ambience on the patio. Recommend the pizza and pasta.

Excellent seasonal menu in a beautiful environment with attentive service. Been here 2x this week and it’s consistently delicious. Highly recommended.
