Boye's Burger Joint - SAN CARLOS

Second time at this place and second time getting my order wrong. the first time I missed a burger this time, I lacked pommes. I gave up my order, I told him that there were two separate commands, two different pockets before the...order came, I went into the counter to let them know again that I needed two different pockets that they said. When they brought me to eat, it was just a bag, so I asked them to separate them. I drove and dropped the first job and then went home. When I came home, I had only one burger without a french. I called and they said that it was a mistake, I said that it is not a mistake, the simple stupidity, how do they separate a job and only one hamburger in a bag? two visits, two mess-ups, check their sales orders before boyes leave!

There are some unique burger topping combos, but nothing special. pizza is in order, but there are much better choices for cheaper in san carlos, try them colibri. right with burgers, try them aloha burger or hammerheads for better quality and cheaper. Actually, there are too much good food in san carlos to waste their time here. the service was in order. I was simply not impressed by our experience and will not be back.

These are undoubtedly my favourites in san carlos. actually, I would put them up against burgers I had everywhere. the flesh is juicy, the rolls perfect, and the size is just right. we're going back tonight.

When you first arrive in most Mexican towns, there is an adjustment period getting used to the cooking methods and differences between Mexico and the States. So like many, we'd been ordering drinks with no ice and bottled water only. And before our recent dinner...at Boyes' I'd been mainly ordering fish or pasta. But eventually the thought of a yummy burger crosses your mind and you start looking for an establishment that will fit the bill for tasty gourmet burgers and this is it!!! Yup, I was reticent. But Boyes' burgers are tasty, fresh, and straight up fabulous. The onion rings are okay and the jalapeno poppers were overcooked. But for the most part this was a most pleasant dinner with burgers and fries. One of our party also ordered a vanilla milkshake and declared it scrumptious! The servers are attentive. The food is very good. The value is obvious. Even picky eaters will be delighted!

The gourmet burger wave has hit San Carlos! Along with Mr Iguana's changed menu and Tequila's offering an array of burgers we can attest that this place is top rate. Unlike the others mentioned this is a newer place with fresh interior and furniture. A few tables outside on street. Casual but slightly upscale. Excellent quality ingridients and a big pile of weel cooked french fries....gone are the old days in mexico of soggy quick fried pappas.
