First impressions to me are big and Big Mouth Burgers turned out to be a no mouth burger. My husband ordered a salmon burger but was not thoroughly cooked and my burger was drenched with mayo making the bun wet, our food was inedible. We were left disappointed and hungry.
Had a burger over there, it was very big had to take the rest home. They don't have smaller burgers I could find on their menu. The burger tasted good, Wish they had smaller sizes so we didn't have to bring it home.
Festival Burgerplatz. A bit expensive, but portions are generous. Cashiers were nice and friendly. Service was good. The restaurant was clean. You have salads here, but I wouldn't say anything, here's exactly healthy. I had the 49 burger who had Bbq sauce, provolone cheese, roasted onion rings, salad, tomatoes and a pimple. It also came with garlicries. It was enough for two to share. The other thing ordered was the Hawaiian burger who had Teriyaki sauce, pineapples and regular pommes. The fries were good to me, but the person with me really liked my garlic fries. I'd try something else again. Perhaps even a milkshake or a homemade bread pudding that they had as something special.
I and my girlfriend were looking for an amazing burger in the area of San Bruno. We lived around here and we realized it was just on the street. This place is clean amazing and we had Burger Back-to-back days. Try the Jalapeno Burger it is amazing. The chefs look like they love their job and job and the food is fresh. We'll be back.
I had a warrior castle without regret. When I looked at the menu, I was like a half-pounder? I wouldn't end that. Welp, I'm done. The Warriors Burger is a delicious concoction with your standard burger cooked your way with slightly thin sliced pastrami above. It is also tamed with caramelized onions, domestic sauce and Swiss cheese. Like a reub, on a burger. I would have appreciated the herb if it was labeled together. This burger could have used only a little twang of pickles or something like that, but it was still delicious, juicy and oh so good! As far as the popular Pastrami burgers go, it is still part of The Refuge, but Big Mouth Burger's is solid. I also love that every burger comes either with fries or onion rings. The frits are steak cuts that are not my favorite, so I really appreciate the onion rings that came with my burger. They were well coated, nice fried, and not the least bit stringy. They were also delivered with one side of Ranch, which, let's be honest, is the king of the diving sauce. I can definitely not wait to try more of the menu, especially if I consider how close I live!
