Sonic Drive-in - San Antonio

The staff at this restaurant is impolite and the service is subpar. They are slow to take orders and even slower to deliver the food to customers.

Almost great service, eating was fresh and my daughter was happy that they had all their favorites.

Usually like it there, but we had to go before we ever hire one. waited over 20 minutes and watched cars that came to us to place and be served ordering. Yes, we pressed the red button.

This could be a very nice place to eat, but they are short handmade and very slow. you can say through the setting that most of them do not want to be there.

I am amazed. Often, fast food joints mess up orders, but it's usually just one item. For example, one place always forgets the cheese on the cheeseburger. Today, I requested two plain hot dogs, but received two chili cheese dogs instead. I also ordered a chicken tender dinner, but never got it. Additionally, the ocean water was overly carbonated, which could have been a small oversight. I reported all of this to the DoorDash help section and they offered a credit of $13.18, even though my order totaled $42 and neither of my kids got to eat.
