Picked up an order at this location. And the young lady at the front counter was so pleasant and quick. Also all smiles in the back with the gentleman that was assisting serving the chicken! So calm and inviting this time of day.

Been waiting for a 3 piece tender with Mac for 20 minutes and then they tell me there is no Mac. Tried to offer me something else and I said that's not what I paid for. Told me I have to wait longer for what I ordered. Tired of settling so I'm waiting. A yelling manager, a gblack guy high as hell walking around aimlessly in the back and everyone just screwing around. Dost look like the manager was even trained. Poor job indeed.

Order thru drive-thru. Was told to pull in front and they would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes went inside and was told it was still being work on. Two other people ahead of me with similar situation. 20 minutes later got my food. Employee had apologized for the wait time. Can say ac was not on since when I visited.

Rude managers and cashiers. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Need everyone retrained. Not worth money being spent there. Worse customer service I've experienced in my life. SMH!

The food is always good as long as they have it or you don't have to wait for it. I go here often for lunch. The strawberry lemonade machine wasn't working for a few weeks. You would think they would put a sign out that they were out. No just let you keep asking for and the machine isn't working. Put up a sign already. Then no more pies. Constantly out of them. Then you have to pull over to the side for chicken. Another time the ATM machine was out and it was cash only. You wouldn't know that until you've been in a line behind 7 cars and you get to the front and surprise nothing is working. The staff is pretty nice but I guess I would say the service there is not becoming at all. It's ghetto to be exact! I asked for 3 wings today at first the didn't have any, when I got to the window another person said she didn't know how longs it would take to cook them. I said you have no idea ‍ next think you know she said she had 3 wings with a hard ass biscuit that I didn't ask For. Just closed down already.
