Ming Garden Express - San Antonio

Had some of the best Chinese food ever. Everything was delicious and fresh. Lemon chicken, and Mongolian beef on point. Egg roll was nice and crispy. Service was quick and excellent. I am definitely recommending this restaurant to all my friends.

Very disappointed because they’re usually good, I didn’t get my entire order.. not the first time. Oh well very frustrating, won’t go back for a while, there to busy for me. Don’t recommend going anytime soon. Give them some time so they could make the orders right.

Our family has been going to Ming Garden for years even when back when they only had a different location with take out only. It’s our first choice for Chinese and they have reasonable prices.

ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. I ordered chicken and Broccoli with $2 extra CHICKEN. I received a container that had written in sharpie “$2.00 SHRIMP!!” I am highly allergic to shrimp and I called and asked them to please come back and grab it and refund me my money for that meal. I cannot even touch it to check if it’s shrimp or chicken. The man in the phone started arguing back and forth and telling me they just “wrote it wrong”. Wtheck. I don’t wanna be the one to find out if it’s right or wrong. He then proceeded to tell me they are not coming back because they close in 10 minutes. And he would only refund me if they made a mistake!! Lmao. Ummmmm. You did!!!!Mind you, I waited for this order for 45 minutes. I called almost an hour before they closed. It’s not like I called last minute.He told me to send him a picture of it. Gave me a phone number, and hung up on me!!. I have sent the picture to the phone number provided and have not received a response or any indication that this is even an accurate number. Never again will I order from here. The other food that was ordered was not impressive at that. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Don't get me wrong but I love the food they have here but please stop serving your good food on paper plates.
